Tiger nut flour recall – what is tiger nut flour anyway?

Tigernuts can stimulate the intestinal activity and thus support digestion. Therefore, tiger nuts are used for constipation, for example.

Tigernuts contain a lot of fiber. They are therefore very filling and help with cravings. Tigernuts do not belong to almonds or nuts in the botanical sense, but to Cyprus grasses.
