The Poutine Kitchen in Moabit: Canadian national dish served fresh from the VW van
French fries with gravy and squeaky cheese – this is Canada’s national dish, poutine. In the Arminiusmarkthalle there is a Bulli that has been converted into a kitchen. The classics are fries with gravy and cheese. Cheese curd is traditionally used, the precursor to cheddar cheese. Cheese curd and gravy come from our own production. The poutine is also optionally available with Korean Bacon, Pulled Pork or Spicy Chicken.

Fabis Esskultur in Friedrichshain: Has a lot of options for vegetarians
“Fabis Esskultur” is a really lovingly furnished shop. The sauces are homemade here, and there is also a wide range for vegetarians. If you want it to be strictly vegan, just hike a few meters further to the popular Vöner snack bar for fries with vegan cheese sauce and mountains of caramelized onions.
