When should you avoid cardamom?

Cardamom can undoubtedly be called a super spice, but too much is counterproductive here too.
If you have gallstones , you should avoid cardamom.

Even in pregnancy , enjoyment is not advisable. In addition to cardamom, pregnant women should also avoid the spices cinnamon , ginger and cloves .

The reason for this is the high proportion of camphor . It warms the abdomen and promotes blood flow to the uterus so that early labor could be induced .

However, if you eat cinnamon rolls and gingerbread from time to time, you don’t need to worry. Only excessive consumption should be avoided.
