The Christmas market at Charlottenburg Palace in Berlin is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany. Since 2008 it has been voted the most popular Christmas market time and again . This is mainly due to the romantic flair in front of the magnificent backdrop of the castle. This is illuminated by elaborate light illuminations. In the various stalls you will find everything your pre-Christmas heart desires, from traditional handicrafts to gifts, gingerbread and mulled wine.

A small children’s Christmas market with rides is directly connected to the Christmas market . Every December 6th, St. Nicholas comes to the Christmas market, accompanied by angels and distributes small treats to the children.

Particularly popular with families as it is always family day on Wednesdays. Then Santa Claus comes and takes the children’s wishes and most stalls have family prices on certain products.
