What are the symptoms of salmonellosis?
The first symptoms of salmonellosis appear after 12 to 36 hours. These are short and severe diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, headache and general malaise. In most cases there will be a mild fever. If the disease is severe, bloody diarrhea and high fever can occur.
